Hey Joe, I am so sorry to hear of your losses.  Like the other's said above, you are to be commended for staying strong, not reverting back to "food" as a crutch, and looking to getting to the other side of this sad time.  Take pleasure and pride in what you've accomplished with the new, healthier you!  Enjoy this wonderful season with your family.  I hope and pray you have a Blessed Christmas and wish you much Joy, Peace, and Good Health in 2011...Mike

Joe, I'm truly sorry for your loss, and hope that God finds a way to soothe your pain.  As others have said, I'm glad that you've been able to avoid eating as a solace for your pain, and that you've stuck to your new lifestyle.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a happier new year in 2011.

Joe,

I was aware of 2 of the deaths but had no idea you were also dealing with a third one. That's an awful lot of stress and grief.

But, you've seemed to weather this month well and stuck to your new health-style. You're a strong guy and I admire the way you've handled it.

I know it's tough but keep looking and moving forward. Enjoy the holidays with your family and kids and realize that the changes you're making will benefit them.

Many thanks for the support you've given me these past few weeks.
