Any abdominoplasty pics from men? Before/After

Getting abdominoplasty surgery soon. I'm waiting on insurance approval for some of the procedure. Doc says they will cover panni removal only so I'll be paying for the rest of the procedure outta my pocket. 

Tired of only seeing only womens result pics from plastic surgery.

I'm holding at 216 lbs.Doc says I'll probably lose another 12+ lbs with skin removal. I've got alot of muscle & abs. Been lifting weights for 20+ years. Ya gotta take in at least 200 grams of protein to keep yer muscle. That means 2 or 3  protein shakes with good food to get that much protein in you. When you take in that much protein ...drink... drink... drink... lots of fluids.

No, they've started doing that for a lot of the forums, to keep the mail-bots from "joining" and spamming.  Not that it eliminates ALL of them...  LOL
