Pre Christmas Weigh In
194 - 12/19/2010 - my 8 month surg-iversary - that's one (1) lb below my goal of 195 which I hit on 12/7/2010!
Yesterday i ran 8 miles, the farthest I've ever ran. Did it in 1 hour 28 mins - so about an 11 mile per hour pace. A little slower than I would like to be, but I've got until May for my 25K and until October for my Marathon, so I am right on track for the training program.

Don"t know if I'll be getting the holiday 10 this year that I had always seemed to get before I had surgery. Staying in Florida this Winter, Lord willing, till April may be able to move about more.
