Big ol' nasty stinky this morning helps!
Hope y'all are ready for next Saturday. I'm done gift shopping wise. Still need to wrap them and I also need to finish cleaning the man cave. Short work week and pick up Norma at DFW on the 23rd.

338 - 12/19/10 (my first stall?)
My first week-long stall, but I'm not worried, because I'm seeing other changes that help me realize I'm "consolidating" this week. Pants are looser, shirts fit better, walking is easier. Trust the program, and keep doing what I'm doing.

I'm just coming off my first stall and I'm glad you are still seeing other changes. That's what kept me going during my stall. Apparently the body needs to take a rest or adjust periodically.
I'm amazed at your progress so far and really like your attitude. Keep up the good work.

Surgery 05-17-2010
Last week: 271.0
This week: 265.4
This week: -5.6 lbs
Total loss: 141.6 lb
Had a good week despite missing the gym on Friday. My activity level was still high due to all of the Christmas shopping/walking and burning calories due to shouting and otherwise expressing my road rage at bad holiday drivers.

I can remember a time, late 70's early 80's, when driving infractions in Houston were capital offenses. Had several shootings on 610 and 290 back then. I "encourage" these fine folks come drive like an idiot when and where I'm working but so far no takers! <<<< me showing where to sign the citation!

I’ve now lost the equivalent of an elephant’s penis and a human head.
Looks like the body has kicked into the weight loss again after an expected stall. I really couldn’t believe the scales this morning when it said I had lost 7 lbs. Had to check it 2 or 3 times to make sure it was correct.
