That's definitely the right attitude, Jeff.  You're doing great, with 34 lbs lost in 5 weeks since surgery.  That's almost 7 pounds per week average.  That's pretty fantastic, especially when you stop to consider that you had lost a LOT of weight before the surgery, so most of the "easy stuff" was already gone.  Congratulations, and keep up the good work!

I,m glad to see that you are weighing yourself weekly.  Since it doesn't matter what day (if any) you post your current weight loss, you might as well make your reports on Sun and be part of the weigh-in thread.  You are doing great and you have a mature attitude about your weight loss.  As you lose more weight, you should be able to exercise more.

Thanks guys i owe alot of this journey to you guys, if it weren't for all the info i get from your posts and conversations i would be screwed. I am ready to take my time and just let the weight fall off while in the meantime trying to help it by exercise. Thanks Again

Great job Jeff. Its funny that we all get that feeling about th_e loss being too slow. Let all keep up the good work and work the plan.
