Sunday Weigh In
411 - Starting weight
377 - Surgery (RNY - 11/02/10)
363 - 11/14/10 (2 weeks post op)
353 - 11/21/10
350 - 11/28/10 (1 month post op)
346 - 12/05/10
338 - 12/10/10 (6 weeks post op)
Week started out with no loss for four days, then 7 lbs in 3 days, then nothing for a day, then 1 more lb. Strange journey we're on... Just got back in from a 2-mile walk with the dogs. Next Tuesday I have my 6-week follow-ups with the NUT and Surgeon, and should be cleared for the gym. Hooray! Looking forward to something besides just walking on the gravel road. I have come so close to spraining my ankle - I can't even count the number of times!

I haven't done this for a year or two...I got back up to between 230-233. But I have been working at the weightloss the past week or two. It really gets hard as you become an oldtimer. You get older, less energy and harder to burn the calories. Plus the honeymoon is over and carbs become a problem...unless you nip them in the bud.
Anyways today..........219.5
Highest weight.........300.
Surgery weight.........282.
