Moobs?!

Ok, so I'm losing weight, and I see that my belly is shrinking.  However, it seems to me that my moobs aren't going away at all...ugh!

Will this change?  How can I make this change?  Hit the bench press?

Or am I destined to live life as a bearded, breasted, flat-tummy man?

I had moobs as a kid and they lingered through adulthood. I entered the military weighing 225 lbs with very large moobs. I got out of boot camp weighing 160 lbs with a very slim waist and the moobs didn't shrink a bit.

I finally had mine surgically removed about 25 years ago when I weighed 200 lbs.

Since that time I gained 110 lbs and (thankfully) the moobs haven't come back. I think I'm going to be able to reach my goal weight without any moobs or chest skin sag.

In short, I didn't find any exercise or weight loss program that made them any smaller. I think you'll just have to have them removed. I've never regretted it. And, don't forget that men can and do get breast cancer. So, there is a very good reason to save up and have the surgery.

High Weight = 310     Surgery Weight = 300   Dr's Goal = 200   My Goal = 190
