the apt with the dr went well , have a date of december 20, 2010 ppeww now im freaking nervous but all good

Only concern is he does not do a leak test . what do yall guys think ? also he does it as an out patient puting me in a hotel where he comes and does house calls not to worried about that i figure if there is a problem there is 911

I'm not familiar with the sleeve since I had RNY, so I can't say if it is unusual to do this as outpatient. However I can say that with the RNY I was in the hospital a couple of days and was told that is routine. However, all doctors are different. Does this doctor practice in New Iberia or Lafayette? Or, is he not local at all? I assume that if he is not local that you have checked him out with the state medical board and with others who have used him.
