A slow week, thanks to the mid-week "bump". Sure was fun to try some different things, although I "paid" for some of it. Tummy was a little tender the rest of the week, as I amhaving trouble tolerating some things I was fine with before, so probably back to liquids and softs for a few days.

A big thanks to the previous posts on getting through the Thanksgiving dinner. I was on vacation last week and your ideas and suggestions helped me actually lose. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to lose while on vacation and celebrating Thanksgiving.
Was actually able to do a short hike on Thanksgiving day through the beautiful mountains of Snow Canyon in Southern Utah. I couldn't have done that a year ago. :)
Did a 4.8 mile run on TG morning and another 4 miler on Saturday - so I worked off some of those extra calories.
TG was great! Enjoyed a little taste, about a tea-table spoonful of what I wanted. Even had a sliver of no sugar pumpkin and no sugar apple pie. As our family was all here, including my grandson and mother, and we will not be together for Christmas, we decided to do Christmas on Saturday - it was also great.
Have a great week all!
