Update!!!

Well guys i decided to get weighed in today because the office is closed tomorrow. I lost 12 pounds this week!!!!!!! I am very happy with the progress because i was down a couple days because i overdid it at the begining of the week. I would like to thank everyone who has helped me along the way, you guys are awesome.

Highest Weight - 544
Starting weight - 520
Surgery Weight - 457
Todays Weight - 438

Highest weight-544/Started WLS program -520/Surgery weight - 457/ =Goal weight - 287

Doing great!! Have a protein shake on us...Which I'm sure you are sick of by now. Next time you don't think you can stomach another shake, just think of 544 to 438...Then go for another walk...
