somethin' wierd going on down there...
Hey guys. nearly four years out, and doing pretty well. I've successfully kept off about 140#, but can't seem to shake the rest.
But that's not why I'm here.
I've noticed lately that after I eat, I get really tired. At first maybe I thought I was gaining some kind of intolerance to the normal carbohydrates I've been eating, so I cut them out. It still happens after eating staples like scrambled eggs/quiche (which has always been an 'easy' food for me.
lately, the only thing I can think of that hasn't done it to me has been various shakes/smoothies I make in my BlendTec.
Yes, I've made an appointment with my surgeon, and I'm taking in a food-log. But it's got me wondering about a STRICTURE. Anyone had one? Sound like something on my path? Anything else come to mind?

B-1, iron, D, getting older? All I can say is try and get as many tests as possible (labs)...and eat the color of the rainbow in fruits and vegetables. Also different meats may help...Shrimp, fish, chicken corn dogs (with all the throwaway organs). Try some orange juice throughout the day...for potassium. Just my thoughts. Brian
