Hello all this is joe again and i just wanted to share what a great great day i had yesterday. We have a local state park around my area and yesterday was too beautiful not to get out and enjoy what this new gift has given me. I walked at least a couple miles each way and let me tell you that trail kicked my butt lol. I think mostly because i showed up in the wrong shoes, but what an enjoyable day. After walking i had sometime to reflect and am so glad i am on the right track, also i decided to start doing a blog on youtube to help keep track of my journey if anybody is interested i'll post the link at the bottom. It has been too long since i got out and enjoyed this thing called life like i should. I just feel really good now and life is 100% better. I posted some pics of my outing in my profile. I hope everyone has a great day!

Hey Joe - so glad that you have "rejoined" the living and are now living well! Isn't this life as a Loser GREAT!  Keep up the great work!  You are making great progress.  Enjoy this new life to the fullest!

Thought the UTube "blog" was great!  Hopefully others who are struggling with obesity and the whole Yo-Yo thing will see it and be encouraged to "do what is right for them."  Great encouragement!  Thanks for sharing!

Great post, and great YouTube video blog.  I, too, feel "reborn" even slightly less than 2 weeks post surgery.  I've walked for 40 minutes already today, and the combination of cool air, warm sunshine, blue sky, and puffy clouds is making me feel like a kid again.  Life is great!
