Sunday Weigh-In
I'm starting to sound like a broken record. My weight has been pretty much the same, thank you Lord, for the last few (7) months.
High weight........320
Pre-surgery.........292
Goal 11-09..........175
Current.................150
I do seem to eat a lot to maintain this weight. By "eat a lot" I mean often. Not a lot at a time.
I keep watching for weight gain and will try to slow down eating then as I don't want to put on more than 15 pounds or so....EVER.

Good week here even with a friend's birthday/dinner party and several meals out.
Before surgery: 407 lb
Surgery: 5-17-10
Last week: 283.6 lb
Today: 280.4 lb
Total loss: 126.6 lb
And, as a byproduct of this weight loss, I had to buy a couple of sweaters, long sleeve shirts and a heavy jacket since I'm so cold all the time now. This is Gulf-coast southeast Texas, guys, I haven't worn anything heavier than a long-sleeve shirt and light jacket in many years even in the dead of winter, much less fall. If it gets cold this winter (and in Houston, "if" is the correct word rather than "when"), I'll be in serious trouble.

Ken, I know what you mean... I live NE of Dallas, and I've never been cold enough to wear anything heavier than a lined windbreaker... I finally broke down and bought a jacket with a zip-out liner last year when we had a really cold spell than hung around for a couple of weeks. Took the liner out immediately and have no idea where I put it, but after the last couple of chilly days, I'm starting the search...

Highest Weight: 310 lbs
Surgery Weight: 300 lbs (on 08 Oct 10)
Last Week’s Weight: 260 lbs
Current Weight: 257 lbs
Total Loss: 53 lbs (from highest weight)
Total Post-Surgery Loss: 43 lbs
I’ve now lost the equivalent of a small bale of hay, a rack of baby back ribs, and a guinea pig. (Sure glad to be rid of the guinea pig.)
Looks like things are slowing down so I've got to start spending more time with the exercise. Wi**** was warm enough here for some outdoor activities but that doesn't prevent some indoor exercise.
