Got to agree and I celebrate all who have or are serving.

I was a "bubblehead" and served aboard a nuclear submarine. I'm really hoping to get back to military weight.

High Weight = 310     Surgery Weight = 300   Dr's Goal = 200   My Goal = 190

Thank you to all who served, are serving, or lost loved ones in service to our country. May our flag always fly free and proud because of you!

I served in the US Army for 8 years with the 3rd Armored Cav, 4/7 Cav, and the 2/10 Cav as an aerial observer/crew chief, scout pilot, and instructor pilot.
