I made it to 58 years old!

A couple of years ago, I thought I'd be struck down dead by a heart attack. When I began to develop more and more health problems like sleep apnea, blood clot in my leg, pulmonary embolism, hypertension and many more... I decided that some higher power wasn't going to let me go quickly. So instead of suffering, I opted for weight loss surgery. Today I am celebrating a birthday in a way I never thought possible.. I'm having a happy, healthy birthday! I'll celebrate with a ten mile bike ride in 32 degree weather this morning.
