Where is the 172.0 I had show up on the scales a few days ago?! Last week on weird schedule at work so lived on Pure Protein bars a time or two.
In the way of reminder - Regardless of your political leanings - GO VOTE ON TUESDAY!! If you don't vote you can't ***** about what the results are when the dust settles.
See some of y'all in Houston!
Happy Halloween and stay out of the kid's candy!

I’ve now lost the equivalent of an elephant’s heart and a rack of baby back ribs. (I sure miss those ribs.)
Personal note for Don: Sorry I can't vote on Tuesday. I already did it in the early voting period and they won't let me do it again.

Unless you're in Chicago!
When your pouch heals up better and you get more tolerate of meats you'll be able to do baby backs again. Instead of the whole rack though you'll eat three and take the rest home to eat off of for a couple of days!

Back down to 201 this week...still can't seem to break the 200 barrier...maybe next week...and YES... STEP AWAY FROM THE Trick-or-Treat CANDY and NO ONE (Especially YOU) will get hurt!!!!
And YES...VOTE...Vote early, vote often! Yea, were close enough to Chicago some if it rubs off across Lake Michigan : )
Regardless how you vote, do exercise (dang...there's that E word again) your right to VOTE. When you do, THANK GOD for the men and women who even today are serving and fighting for Freedom! GOD BLESS AMERICA!

I'm usually one of the earlier ones to check in on Sunday mornings, but I've been out of town for a long weekend getaway. I've decided to wait until morning to weigh at my usual time, so no weights from me this week. However, a FART for me: I was able to buckle the seatbelt on the plane without an extension. I don't remember the last time I could say that.
