First "first"
Yep - I know the daily weigh-ins are not good for the mental state over the long haul, and I should only be weighing weekly...
Last night I measured, and I've lost almost two inches around my belly (noticed the steering wheel has gotten a bit farther away, too - LOL), and confirmed that I'm down 2 inches where my pants fit. (I hesitate to call that my waist, because I have that "Dunlop" thing going on, and my actual waist is somewhat north of where my pants fit...) So, anyway, that was also pretty motivating.
Of course, being on this forum, and seeing so many of you doing fantastic is really inspirational to me, as well. I'm glad I found OH!
