Well, I've survived all the different stages of eating and am now on stage 5.  It doesn't seem like I started all this two months ago, the time passes so quickly.  I've even been out to eat, although most of what I order returns home with me.  I'm down 4 inches in waist size and 3 inches on my neck.   I feel good and am never hungry - a side affect I didn't foresee.

I've only had two cases of throwing up, in both I think I didn't chew it enough and it plugged up the opening from the stomach.  I even tried some food with sugar in it and just got a bit of gas as the sugars passed through - just enough discomfort to not try that again.

Just checking in and saying all is well.  I'm losing about 10 pounds every 20 days now and so far am not having any trouble with my skin - it seems to be shrinking too.

Best to all and congratulations to all of you who are on this road,  - Bill

Great work Bill,, The hardest part for me  was those first months.. of liquid, pureed etc.
I was desperate to eat real food.. AND I was also hungry.. After I started eating real food
(and I think once I was completely healed) I discouvered that magic feeling of being full
Good work

Great work. I am out a few more weeks than you. These first weeks are amazing, aren't they.
