4 months out w/Photos
I posted these on the Main Forum. Big figured I'd post them where my "brothers" would see them.
I was 265 pounds when I started in May 2010.
Now I'm 167
Waist went from a 44 to a loose 32.
I couldn't be happier. I don't care if I lose another pound. My original goal was 190!
I work out 5 days a week doing aerobics classes at the gym. Like P90X. I also ride both my mountain bike and rode bike. And walk 3 miles a day 3-4 times a week. Funny thing, exercising was never a problem for me. LOL

Thanx guys.
I'm 5' 7". I have not had any plastics. I do have a little "muffin top" when I sit down. I was tossing around the idea of plastics for that if I maintain for a few years. But it's not all that bad.
I do have a little bit of loose skin here and there, but I mean, I'm coming up on 50, so I'm not really stressing about that.

Wow! You look great. You can walk down the beach with you head held high. As to riding the bicycle, a nice place to ride is in Brendan Byrne Forest ( formerly known as Lebanon State Forest ) bounded by rtes 70 and 72. It has several paved roads and almost no traffic. Pakim Pond used to be a swimming area but hasn't been because of budget cuts. There are picnic facilities and flush toilets.
When I looked at this photo, I couldn't believe it, I was like are those abs starting to show? LOL
In my aerobics classes, they stress the "core/abs". Everything is about keeping the core tight.
We do stuff I never ever did.
Crunches, crunches will one leg up, both legs up, holding a dumbbell and turning side to side. Then we flip over and do this thing called "holding the plank". Where u rest on ur forearms and toes for like a minute at a time.
I'm lovin' it!
