Protein Drink??

Hey guys i use fat free milk with 100% whey protein chocolate. When i mix it together it seems to be very chunky and i cant get the chunks to disolve. Any Ideas????

Usually the cheaper the powder is , the more clumps you get. You also need to give them 10-15 minutes to comepletely dissolve.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 i use GNC Pro Performance......i used a blender this morning WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! Thanks guys

blenders are a must.  The GNC shaker with a blender ball is great for on the go.

I'm going on the cheap now and using HDT which only costs $49.95 for 6 lbs at www.netrition.com .  It has to be blended with a blender.  However, I had been using Syntrax's Pure Essence vanilla which can be mixed with a spoon.  All of the Syntrax products can be mixed with a spoon and come in many flavors..  You can look up protein powders by type or manufacturer at netrition.com.  I sometimes buy elsewhere, but I can compare products there and look at the labels.  Just be aware that they cater to both body builders and to people who are trying to lose weight.  Look for powders that have high protein and low carbs.
