New job off to a rock start.  Not only did I get to **** off some of the populace, with lots more of that to come, I got to ******* a city council person, had computer issues, my car was not ready when promised and I came to realize the size of the task I have been chored with.  Plus I got my first check.  Uh, this ain't the number the Chief and I talked about.  He was gone for school all week himself so it will have to wait till tomorrow.

On the plus side I had to go to my PCP and he noted when he looked on my chart that I had picked up about ten pounds.  He then noticed the memo his nurse put on there that I was "battle" dressed for work.  Boots, belt and its contents!

Here's to OH for ridding itself of R&R!

Dropped about 5 lbs this week and I have been eating pretty much pain-free since the gall bladder removal. Maybe I am finally on track.

And, Don, you didn't really expect to be paid for this new job, did you? Actually, it may just be that the Chief was in school for remedial math skills and that's why the "number" isn't what he told you.

What I'm getting paid is greater than zero and considering this position was a last minute adjustment to the budget guess I shaun't complain.

Remind me to tell you the "Training to be a Police Chief" joke when we meet next month.

So dropped one pound, down to 201, but still can't break that 2 Century mark...UGHHHH!

Worked with a trainer at the gym on Saturday, so maybe by changing up my workouts, I can drop these last few pounds.

At any rate, LIFE IS GOOD!  Have a great week guys!

191.5  Having some difficulty finding foods/meals I can eat that do not cause come discomfort. OK with smooth stuff.  Finding carbs (cereal) make me sleepy. Even the nice chicken stew with well cooked veges tonight, I could only eat about 1/2 cup.
