Feeling better this week. Maybe the gall bladder removal did the trick. This is the first week since surgery that I have not felt some discomfort after meals. And, I've eaten a wider variety of foods. As an added bonus, I finally dropped below 300.

Haven't done this in awhile as I was irritated that I was in a 4+ week stall. I stopped weighing myself because it was so frustrating. No matter what I did the scale just would not move. This week I felt "lighter" and decided to hop on the scale. FINALLY broke the 250 barrier and weighed in at 248!
