Knowing it happens doesn't make it easier.

Well I am now in week 3 of a stall.

I Knew it would happen.
I know it will break.
I know I lost really fast up to this point.
My pants are still getting bigger.
I find my morning walk/jog to be getting easier.

But with all of this it isn't any easier to deal with.

Not complaining never have I lost 50 pounds in less than 3 months, and am about 20 pounds ahead of my doctors plan.  I just need to break this stall.

I feel your pain.  The exact same thing happened to me when i was 3 weeks post op, and it lasted for almost a month.  Not a single pound moved on my scale for nearly a month, and i almost lost my mind!  LOL, that being said, it will pick up again.  Unfortunately for some of us, it's part of the process.  Stay on whatever food program your doc has you on, and eventually you will see the pounds melt off again.  Hang in there.

Yeah I cringe at the thought. So at this point I am losing a pound a day, so what happens when I don',t, LOL. We talked about stalls last night at group. Some people recommend changing up food choices and exercise routines.

This stall started right as I began changing things up.

Was allowed off my 5 week mushie mandate.
Added TaeKwonDo classes 2 nights a week to the exercise.

I know it is just time and have yet to yell at the scale or throw it across the room.

Have someone hide your scale for a couple of weeks !!!!! Trust me you will get past it. Your doing great.

Hard physical work would break my stalls...I don't know why, but they did.  Things like cleaning the car, doing the gutters (using muscles that you don't normally use) somehow "tricks" your body in releasing the weight...

Well, it happened to me. After 4 months, I hit my first stall. It was a nice ride.

Only 5 pounds short of my 100th pound lost.

Mixing up my diet seemed to be the best way for me to kill a stall.  add 10-20% to your usual calories once every few days so you body doesn't think you are in "starvation mode"
