I think I could just pretty much copy the weigh in from last week. I don't seem to change a lot save if I have a good BM or not. Funny how we think of those things now when I never did in the past.

At 5'11" I'm to skinny now, would like to gain a few healthy pounds butdon't want to get into bad habits that might hurt me in the long run by gaining to much weight.

A better week for me after gall bladder removal on Monday. Feeling better and looking forward to being back to normal soon.

Rounding off week 2 of a stall. I have really started upping the exercise. TaeKwonDo 2 nights a week and walking/jogging 3.5-4 miles MWFS. I was taken off mushies this week after 5 weeks of them and progressing back through my doctors protocol with the phase after mushies.
I have my first 5K this Weds. I hope this stall breaks soon, knowing that they happen and they will break doesn't make them easier.

Been several weeks since I posted. My intestinal cramping was actually my gall bladder acting up. I had it removed and then work was keeping me busy. Looking forward to this week and getting back into a routine.

At 202, up 1 lb from last week...What ist it about breaking 200 lbs????? I am soooo close.
But, as I've said before, even if I did not loose another pound, I would trade what I've accomplished this year for anything. I feel better, have more energy, and look better than I have in years.
I really would like to just break 200 then hang out around 195. That would be nice!
