Going for it in the morning
Stay calm. Pray with your family if you are so inclined. I wasn't much for that type of thing but I felt calm as my family circled me on the gurney and joined hands and prayed a short prayer before my RNY. Having God's help doesn't hurt. We hope to hear from you once you have had the surgery and continue on life's journey.
I wold pray for the tick tick tick of a rolex before an Iphone.
Good Luck and enjoy the nap you get to take while everyone else has to do the work. I think Surgery is the only time it is easy for us.
