Isopure ready made are nice they are about $4.50 a bottle and have 40grams per bottle. I get themat GNC. I think Syntrax is another brand. If you post on the main forum you will get more responses.

Silk Pure Almond vs. Blue Diamond's Almond Breeze
The above was a copy and paste. I don't like these, but they may work for you. Also I eat plain nuts throughout the day...Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, roasted soy nuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds. And beef jerkey is good for protein...watch the sugar though. Brian Just what do you mean by non-dairy? Remember the nursery rhyme about the curds and whey? The curds are used to make cheese and the whey becomes milk.
Thus, I'd call any whey based protein to be a dairy type product. If you have a problem with lactic acid, you may want to use a supplement with them or get non-lactic products. Personally, I had to use soy based protein for about 9 months following my RNY. Then I was able to go back to using whey products. I think Isopure is whey based and I know that Syntrax products are.

Sorry Guys I mean mixed with milk. I am tired of mixing the Unjury with milk and Carnation instant breakfast.
I have tried mixing with ice tea and Crystal lights but do not care for them. I will try 1-2 of the isopures.
Maybe someone has some othe rideas for mixing the unflavored Unjury with something else? A beer maybe? LoL
