Hick ups
Yes, I had them early on. Usually it means that it is time to stop eating or you are eating too fast. I could always tell because either my nose would start to run (for no good reason) or I would get hiccups. Go figure. Your pouch is talking to you...Are you listening?? After awhile they would go away...a few months down the road. Usually between 6-12 months your pouch will expand to maybe 5-8oz. But for right now, it's the size of a walnut. You're doing fine...Keep up the good work. Brian
As Logcabindude mentions, it is a signal that your sleeve or pouch is getting full, along with a runny nose, watering eyes, etc. It is part of the Vagal nerve response .. The Vagal runs near the stomach, and, after creation of the pouch or sleeve, the modified organ usually pushes up against it when full. When the pouch/sleeve gets full, the pressure on the Vagal causes that response, since it runs ("wanders" - hence its name) all the way up the thorax to the brain.
