Guys? How much were you eating 3 weeks out?
At three weeks out, I wasn't hungry at all and would generally eat about a half of a yogurt or a small cup of soup, maybe a few bites of soft food, but that's it/ I still don't ever really feel hunger, although I try to stay on a meal schedule even when I'm not.

One of the side effects of the RNY and the severing of your stomach is that you really don't feel much in your pouch due to the nerves being cut. THis also helps remove physical hunger, remember you have physical hunger and head hunger. Head hunger is mmmmm look at that 2 pound T-Bone damn I am hungry. Physical hunger is mmmm I don't care what it is I need some eneygy/fuel. We have an excess of fuel and because of all the miomedical stuffy we don't get the physical part for 12-18 months on avg. THe head part some people fight with every waking moment, while others (like me) never get it. If you don't have physical hunger at this point then consider it a good thing.
As for how much I ate at 3 weeks, probably 3 baby spoons I would force myself to eat half of what I was supposed to be taking in. Week 5 became easier and now I typically can eat a full serving for me my doctor has me at 1/2 cup per meal. However; if something has the wrong texture or I have difficulty with something I am done with food until the next meal. I can get the same physical satisfation with a protien drink or sip of water.
People often ask me is I get hungry and I say not really I have more of a feeling of empty. I then tell them that I get the same full feeling from a drink as I would from food so I don't consider it hunger.
For me part of it may be mental and I convince myself of these because my whole life food has been a problem and now it is so easy to turn food away that I can convince myself I don't like or want something.
Awesome job so far, just follow your doctors plan and you will rock it!

At that stage your pouch is still the size of a walnut or your thumb...not much can go in it. A couple of tips; if your nose starts to run or you start to hiccup...STOP EATING!! That is a sign that your pouch is full. Also test everything...esp new stuff. Ask the pouch it he likes it...wait a minute or two...He'll let you know. If you are not sure down there and it "just doesn't feel right" do NOT proceed. It is a trial and error game. Brian PS I expect you to be bike riding in Bidwell Park within a few week...You hear me!! CSU Chico grad here. And stay away from Madison Bear Gardens...That is what got us so big to begin with!!
