Grateful for weight loss surgery!

It's our furthest ride together for the summer so far. Since February, I have ridden more than 1,300 miles on my bicycle. Once again, I have to be grateful for my weight loss surgery 11 months ago.

Be careful of those long bike rides, though ... Don't overdo things this early out .. Also important you get a comprehensive cardio checkup (echo, EKG, stress test, etc.) before engaging in strenuous exercise, if you haven't already ..
