See pages 7-8. Your nutritional supplement needs are different depending on the surgery type you have. A couple extra keys: make sure you take calcium citrate, not calcium carbonate. Make sure your multivitamin is a complete formula. Make sure you take your calcium at least two hours apart from your multivitamin (there is an issue with taking iron and calcium together, it blocks absorption)

Ditto what above post says.. especially the timing of the Calcium and to verify that you are getting calcium CITRATE.
My nut has me taking a Prenatal vitamin, (just because it's a very good comprehensive multy vitamin)
Most places test your blood at regular intervals the first year or so to make sure you are getting everything you need. So far, I've been fine with just the calcium citrate and the prenatal.
