No Scale for me this week.
SO I have sworn off the scale for this week due to my hospital stay (posted that story in the RNY forum). I got on the scale in the hosp on my second day full day and I was up 8 pounds. I know this was all fluids from the IVs they were pumping in to me. My IV rate was like 300ml an hourwhich I know is a massive amount for fluid, this was evident in my output as one nurse worded it "He is ******g like a freight train". So I am going to weight until next week when I know the fluid weight is all gone.
