1 year post results - Half the man i was, literally!

Weight = 428 Super Obese
BMI = 58
Pants = 54/56 4x
Shirt = 4x
neck = 22.5

08-11-2010
Weight = 214 - just overweight
BMI = 29
Pants = 34/36
Shirt = Med
neck = loose 17

Year ago i was wearing 44/46 pants and who would have ever told me that a year later i wear size 34 in pants? Congrats too! Its been a year of a wild ride here but health wise i have never felt better in a long time!

Awesome job!

The pants thing is the kicker for me. Like you, I am down to a 34 / 36. I haven't worn this size since ninth grade or so!
