Everythng is starting to pay off.
Prior to Surgery I was wearng 50-52 I had a pair of 48 keans I wore but they barely fit, and was only able to find clothes that fit at the big man store. Today my wife bought me a pair of jeans at a normal store Size 46 and they are pretty loose.

Give it time and you'll be taking those to Goodwill.
I actually went shopping at Goodwill . My original pants were 52-54 and bursting, I was wearing 3xl shirts. Just finished packing up all the 2xl stuff, and I have nothing left to wear.
I don't want to buy a bunch of clothes that will only fit me for another month so I went to Goodwill and bought a few things. Now wearing XL shirt and 42 pants.

Congratulations Paul. As one who once wore a size 72 inch waist slacks, I know what it's like to be able to buy a size 40 at a "normal" store instead of having to order from "King Size" online.
