Well, I can weight myself on the scale at the gym. Rated for 300lbs, but weighed in at 305 today. I'm pumped considering that I was 380 back in May and when I first tried the scale it said "overload/error".
Also, I'm down from a 52-54 pant size to 40-42.
I never imagined the kind of impact that surgery would have on me in 11 weeks! It's absolutely amazing. Keep up the workouts and have a great weekend!

Thanks everybody. I have to agree with Don. It's a mind-f**** more than anything. Without question this ride has been one hell of a rollercoaster. I'm working ou****ching what I eat, but the results are just soo unaccustomed to what I'm used to. I've dieted 1000 times before to never experienced results like this. I go to get dressed for work and my pants/belt/shirt which kinda fit last week are way too big this week.
I'm not saying this is easy, but the fact that I'm not ravenously hungry after working out is a HUGE change for me. Combined with the weight loss is easier to do harder workouts and push myself. I've always been active, but I have no desire to chase a workout with a 3000 calorie meal.
