You'd think being out in the sun and sweating like I have been that I'd be on the down side but...NNNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!  Story I'll stick to is that I'm muscling up some while working around here.  Clothes still fit the same so I'm not going to get my Hanes in a knot over being five pounds heavier than I was in April.

Made a few changes on my profile as you can tell.  The license plate was "retired" and I'm human again with my name.  Put a few pics on profile as well.

"Rewarded" myself for all I have done around here last week with a trip to my nearest Starbucks for coffee.  Got two of them.  One for last night and one for today while I do laundry and fill out another application.

Hope everyone has a decent week next week and those of us that are seeking gainful employment are able to find it soon.

Oh, and HYDRATE!  HYDRATE!  HYDRATE!

You are already under your goal weight.  It is normal to fluctuate about 5 lbs of your goal.  Just check with your doctor to see if you are expecting to maintain too low a normal weight.  I wouldn't worry about the scale as long as everything with your health is fine.

Glad to see the real you.

All time high.....320

Pre-surgery......292

Goal 11-09.......175

Today.................151

At just a tad under six foot I'm kinda skinny. Never thought that would happen. I'm trying to maintain and would not mind gaining a few but figure that may come later.
I do think being out in the sun has took away a couple pounds.
Extra Hydrate.

Well as of Sunday I have had no  weight loss this week.  Though on Wednesday I was down 3 more pounds.  So what happened?  Well, on wednesday my doctor took me off of the water pill for my blood pressure, so I think I am seeing some water weight coming back.  I was having dizzy spells so it was a good decision.

Well Don, don't freak out, but some "rebound" is normal, and you're at about that time for it to happen (2 years out) ..  Just hang in there,, watch what you're eating - in terms of carbs, esp. - and keep working hard physically ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "
