6 months out
I haven't been around the forum much lately, but its awesome to see it picking up a bit.
I am 6 months out today and down 140 almost exactly to the 10th of a pound. Still not a lot of support from the DW, but it doesn't matter, Im doing what I got to do for me.
So I guess it's time to share some FARTs I've been holding in.
No more BP or heart meds
No more knee pain
Not sweating nearly as much this summer
Got back on a bicycle
I see a lot of soon to be ops and all I can say, for me this has been so worth it, you wont regret it.
I hope to be around here more, as I believe you need to take your support where you can get it.

Great job. Be sure to stay confident that you are doing what is right for you. Sometimes our family doesn't understand our situation any better than a stranger on the street. Keep standing up for yourself and for your good health.
