3 month Surgiversary
So today (7/19/2010) is my 3 month Surgiversary.
On this scale this morning I was at 218 Lbs. that's a 69 lb loss from my highest weight. I have another 25 lbs to go to hit my goal. But to be honest, if I did not loose another pound, I would be so satisfied of what I've achieved.
I am down to only one (1) blood pressure medication, which I am weening off, NO diabetes medications and my blood sugar is consistently 85 -90, no sleep apnea and NO CPAP machine.
To say that 3 months ago was a life changing event is a gross understatement. I feel and look better than I have in years!
The only downside, is it is costing me some money to buy a whole new wardrobe...but then again, it is fun shopping in the "regular" sizes and even being able to find stuff on the Sales racks.
I thank God for this great blessing. I thank my wife who has been so supportive. I thank Dr Kemmeter and the team at Grand Health Partners!
