Actually, my distance has increased. It is much easier to transfer my weight now that there isn't as much of it. We just had our member-guest this past weekend, and I had to carry my partner for three days! Talk about heavy! I have been lifting light toning weights, and I can see real definition in my arms. My abs are another story. I keep meaning to start a meaningful program of crunches, but never seem to get that on track.

For shiggles go weigh your clubs, do the math, and figure out how many sets of clubs you were carrying before losing weight.
