Gained 2.5 pounds this week!  WTH!  GF being here put me eating and excercising out of whack.  She lost five pounds while she was here and I found part of it!  

Only lost three pounds in the last six weeks.  Will have to get out of the habit of eating and drinking together!

306 at op, now 249, target 208.  Life is good.

  Haven't participated in a couple weeks, moving down, but its gotten that point where its going to be slow going

Ok Ok  fellas its time for me to man up and get up on that soapbox...   Yesterday the 10th I made 7mos postop... and Proud to say I reached GOAL at 189.6 lbs... 297lbs preop
I know its only 107 goal but I set it at a realistic level to start with... well we shall see where I can go from here... not too much more I hope...   Thanks guys..
