Overweight...

I am now Overweight. weird to typ, but happy to say.

Starting with a BMI of 58 i am now at a BMI of 29.8.

Starting with a high of 428lbs i am now at a current weight of 220lbs.

It's somewhat strange that we in this fraternity of men almost always know what we will read when we see a topic of "obese" or "overweight." It means that one of our brothers has lost weight and is letting us know it.
