Looking for OH member realy big into fitness ...

Several months back when I was only lurking I ran across the profile of a male OH member who was a fitness and weight training fanatic. He has very comprehensive and detailed workouts on his profile site. Really great information!

I'm trying to locate him to get some workout info. Anybody familiar with who I'm speaking of. He's a white guy, mid-40s maybe.
