Thought i'd share this link to a list of Bariatric Recipes
susan Maria was very active on the Main Forum years ago. There are a couple others who have been successful post-op who also have written books about WLS nutrition and recipes. I just don't recall them now. I think one is Barbara Thompson because I get a newsletter from her. There is a couple who travel the country giving lectures on the benefits of WLS and they also sell various low carb protein products. I can picture their before and after pictures but not there names. I have senioritis--I keep forgetting things. I'm usually good with images and number but terrible with names.
If you get FIT on cable, I believe there's someone named Blaine who lost his weight on a low carb diet and has a cooking show there. However, I think he did not have WLS. Hey, it's better than watching the butter lady, Paula Dean ( although I do get a kick out of her).
