Optifast....

 Guys,

   I'm on day 6 of optifast and it's starting to get easier now (Thank god).  

   I've seen the women seem to get the "Optitrots"....  I haven't **** in 3 days now... should I start to worry?  Any good fixes?

   Also... cough candy / medicine... did any of you ask your Dr if you can take any?  Since I can't get ahold of anyone until monday.

Liquids in, liquids-out... the beauty of opti-fast on the body.  You should be able to take some meds if you need it.  The small amount of sugar in them won't effect anything.

Remember you're not going to want to have opti-fast post-op, waaaay too much sugar.
