I got my knee replaced 5/13/10
Hi guys, i have been away for a while,..........thank you to everyone here, you guys are great.
The journey continues, after years of pain that was really beyond words, my 70 lb weight loss got me qualified for lower risk and I got my knee replaced.
I still had major complications and was in serious condition for about 4 days, really scary, but from the look on my wife's face I think it was a lot harder on her.
but things got better in about 10 days and I have been rehab'in the knee and I'm going strong, i have surgical pain , but no arthritis pain.
They also straitened the bone in the leg, my leg was so crooked that it would gross people out and now it is perfectly straight, amazing what medicine can do.
I am humble and grateful.........
