Moving again, pretty happy, been working on keeping motivated and focusing on my goals, seems to be working.

Last time I lost was Christmas. I was down to 299 and then lost the drive and at my one year in May 2010 I was 305..

I joined a Gym last week and am happy to report I am at 298 this morning.. Back to busting ass.

196 this morning, trying to break free from hovering around 200, been bouncing around there for a few months...  Maybe this is a good sign...
