Protein intake ???
I am joining a gym today. Figure if i am going to be off work i am going to benifit from it.
So my question. How much protein should i be taking in before and after a work out. Also can someone give me an example of what a 100-125g protein day is and if not a lot of trouble the portion sizes too.
