Triathlon

I'm considering registering for a triathlon that is on August 14th. I was wondering if I would have enough time to train for this??

The race is Swim 1.5 kms Bike 37 kms Run 10 kms. I'm currently biking  about 5-8 miles a day and would really like to do this.

Any advice on how to train would be helpful also.

I'm 10 months out from RNY

I don't have any advice as someone who has done it before, but I say go for it.  I would look online for some newby training for this.  I am planning on doing my first sprint triatholon next month.   My running and biking are strong at this point.  I just need to put in some laps at the pool and practice the transitions from biking to running since that is weird on the legs.  Good job setting some goals and good luck.
