Workout Wear
Hey guys, it has been a looong time since posting. I am now over a year post op and down 130 pounds and holding steady.
I have been semi-regular in the gym and now that the weather is nice I want to start jogging/running. I am joining a local running club soon and want to be prepared for the workouts. I am going to spend the time and money at a running store to get fitted for good shoes. I am looking for the vets here to give me some advice on clothes. I am looking for a good shirt that will give me some extra "support" if y'all know what I mean. I have noticed in the gym that a treadmill session that goes on beyond 30-45 minutes starts a little nip-chafe. Very uncomfortable.
What do you guys use? What should I avoid?
