Would Love A Good Crap

How about Metamucil? Take it a few times a day and you'll take a dump that'll look like a hangman's noose. 

Can you drink that down pretty quick? it tends to get clumpy on me but maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Even though I'm still the pre-op, (surgery 6/7), the trick is to drink it, before it coagulates in the glass.

Although, be careful, it may swell in you new stomach and cause discomfort.

The beauty is, and I know this is TMI, but we're guys here, if done correctly, you'll take ur dump and it won't even feel like anything is coming out and then when u look, which we all do, you'll see the hang man's noose. AND the the other perk is, wiping is so clean, you could actually use the TP u just wiped with to blow ur nose!.

Using benefibre will do the same as metamucil but you don't get the slime. Benefibre is made of plant fibre and disolves completly and quickly in water. They even have those little flavoring pouches to pur into your bottled water so you can use it easily during the day if needed.
