Eeeeowwww  ..    I had forgotten you had posted about that baddie last time you were here ..   Looks like you guys were lucky you weren't hurt a lot worse in that one!
the DR says I am lucky I didnt see it coming. I would have been injured far worse. If I had been in the sleeper I would have prob broken my neck, back or been killed.  There is a bunk belt but its very hard to wear it and get good sleep..  Seat belt saved me in this one. IF i wasnt wearing it I would have had some serious injuries... I am tall so my knees already touched the dash..

Also, I think the injuries would have been worse if you had been at your pre-op weight ..  With an extra 135 lbs., that would have been a LOT of "g force" applied to your neck and back from the sudden impact ...    Any idea when the doc thinks you'll be able to return to work?

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

I'm glad to see you posting again.  Yeah, occasionally a woman posts here and we usually read them the riot act.  But, when you think that there are well over 150,000 women on OH and we only get a few posting here, I think we're doing fine.  The thing that annoys me is that they even find us while many men may be in OH for months before they find that we're here.  It just ain't fair!

You know from the past that I try to be reasonable responding to others.  That does include women.  I just tell them to Contact me directly rather than on the Men's Forum if they want to comment on what I have to say.

Someone has posted in the past that, if you look up your friends on OH, you can see what they've had to say on various issues.  If you just Reply to their posting rather than hitting Contact to only respond to them, then your reply shows up on whatever forum they originally responded to.  That may be how some women inadvertently appear in our forum.  If I'm some woman's friend and she replies to a remark that I made, then that reply will probably end up on the Men's Forum.  Luckily, most women don't do that.

I agree with the fellas in saying that you look good dude.
